The position is with Organon, and the incumbent will be an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who will help manage the company’s financial records for five entities, prepare and analyze financial statements, and provide financial guidance to senior management. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reconciling financial records to ensure accuracy
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Performing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Providing financial guidance and support to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
• Leading and supporting audit (SOX, financial and tax statutory reports, etc.) and other external reporting requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external (such as auditors) and internal stakeholders (cross-functional teams)
