Financial Analyst, Finance Operations

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving accurate and timely accounting processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and delivering actionable financial insights. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to support daily business operations, financial reporting, and analysis. Lead, train and mentor junior Product Cost Analysts , ensuring accuracy, consistency and development of skills within the team post completion of product costing training.

Prepare, execute and analyze product costing runs and cost estimates prior to release in the S / 4HANA ERP system.

Execute monthly and quarterly close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.

Conduct P&L analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Work effectively with cross functional teams to communicate and resolve accounting / costing issues and improve operational efficiency.

Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements related to product costing activities and sourcing & analysis.

Gain exposure to product costing, including standard cost runs and ERP processes in S / 4HANA.

LI-Hybrid

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

~5+ years of experience in accounting and / or finance, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or manufacturing.

~ Strong knowledge of financial statements, journal entries, monthly close, and reconciliations.

~ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (S / 4HANA preferred).

~ Business work experience through internships, part-time or full-time work

~ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
