ABOUT THE ROLE
Pro Psychological Analysis (PPA) delivers trauma-informed psychological evaluations for humanitarian visa cases across the United States. We support U.S. immigration law firms with clinical reports that strengthen cases, improve outcomes, and reduce RFEs.
We currently complete 200+ evaluations per month and are scaling to 1,000+ monthly within 12–18 months. To get there, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager – Legal Partnerships who can execute , not just strategize.
This is a senior role, but 100% hands-on , outbound-heavy, digital-driven, and results-focused.

WHO YOU ARE

First 60 days : in-person onboarding in Mexico CityAfter onboarding : hybrid (remote + onsite strategy days)This is not a remote-only roleCOMPENSATIONBase Salary : 30,000 MXN / month 60-Day Launch Draw : 50,000 MXN / month NET
(20k / month is a recoverable draw paid back through commissions — never out of pocket.)
Commission :
2.5% recurring commission on every evaluation from firms you sign.
Evaluations are $1,000 USD each , so you earn $25 USD per evaluation , every month, as long as the firm stays active.
This compounds as your portfolio grows.
