BIM Modeler

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing team. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit (with the Fabrication add-on), Navisworks , and Autodesk Construction Cloud . You will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects . This is a full-time, remote position based in Latin America , collaborating with project teams in the U.S. construction market .

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit with Fabrication tools (mechanical, plumbing, and ductwork).
• Convert engineering drawings into fabrication-ready shop drawings, adhering to applicable codes and standards.
• Collaborate with VDC engineers, BIM managers, and project stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and perform real-time model updates.
• Identify and resolve clashes, ensuring model constructability.
• Produce and review 2D plan views and 3D isometric drawings.
• Manage and upload project files using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and, as needed, directly with clients.
