Lead Data Scientist

The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, AI, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining AI strategy, mentoring junior data scientists, and driving production-ready AI products and pipelines. They will also partner with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to gather requirements and align on success metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define AI roadmap, tooling choices, and best practices for model building, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and vector retrieval systems
• Architect, develop and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered products and pipelines
• Own all stages of the data science project lifecycle, including identification and scoping of high-value data science and AI opportunities, partnering with stakeholders, evaluation, interpretation, and communication of results
