Who is our ideal Sales & Trading Intern?

We are seeking someone to assist the sales and trading team in organizing, reporting, and analyzing client data and sales. You will be tasked with performing administrative and sales tasks, ranging from analyzing and reporting sales and providing timely, relevant information to the appropriate people.

The candidate will be an early joiner of the Cicada team, which means the candidate will potentially witness the Firm´s accelerated growth through the next months. We seek a sharp inquisitive mind, willingness to learn, and motivational skills to lift the sales team's morale whenever necessary. The candidate should understand and be able to support the sales team on daily sales tasks and search for new opportunities.

Ideally, the candidate should have recently graduated with an Economics or Finance bachelor’s degree.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop sales presentations, including research and potential sales pitch across products and multiple product categories
• Support sales representatives
• Assist sales team in daily activities such as follow-up and new proposals
• Support in trading transaction process and settlement
• Maintain organized sales information
• Manage Sales Cycle
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports, to be distributed to sales and management departments
