Job DescriptionGovernance the KPIs of all the organization with a holistic and global scope, search the link between different departments.

Implement the use of institutional scorecards, dashboards, and storytelling.Design, implement and support the model de Business Intelligence for the Financial, RRHH and Marketing departments.

Identify the needs of information by every department to create a roadmap of solutions for decision support.

The manager is responsible for the delivery on time of every data project and makes the business cases for every initiative relates to data analysis.

Create the functions and methodology of the new Web Analytics service.Develop a statistical and financial foundation with insights and forecast scope.ResponsibilitiesDevelop executive-level presentations (EC Update, Board book) to communicate strategic initiative structure, planning, and progress and recommendationsGuide the development, assessment, and ongoing refinement of the strategy, Operating Plan, and other action plans, making sure it aligns with the AutoZone strategic objectives and financial goalsMonitor and report on the progress of key initiatives and critical projects (i.e. Steering Committee meetings) and their effect on overall business performanceFacilitate the establishment of clear, measurable, and attainable strategic goals and objectives, in conjunction with key stakeholders, to determine the initiatives that will enable the company to achieve these targetsPrepare analysis and proposals to senior leadership and present in a clear and compelling mannerServe as the strategic liaison between the functional areas and corporate strategy functions, facilitating the presentation and alignment of key projects and ensuring their validationCollaborate with functional areas to ensure a coherent strategic execution of the Operating PlanQualificationsLevel of Formal Education : A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.Area of Study : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Development; MBA desirableYears of Experience : More than seven years.Type of Experience : Experience in either retail planning and analysis, strategic / financial planning roles or management consultingSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills : Analysis of global information of the organization, making executive presentations for VPs or boards.

Financial or strategic planning areas.Other / Preferred : Experience collaborating across departments and establishing operation and financial targets as well as tracking and control systems.
