Key Role : Front Desk Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This critical role is essential in ensuring seamless reception processes, maintaining brand standards, and driving high-performing teams.
Core Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the Front Desk and Bellboy teams to ensure smooth operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
- Closely collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry departments to guarantee flawless operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction levels.
- Manage departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and schedules.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service excellence.
Essential Skills :
Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.Proven background in customer service at international / luxury hotels.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience working under AAA service standards.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field (desired).Knowledge of hotel systems.As a Front Desk Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.
