Global Logistics Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Global Logistics Executive to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our global logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, and road freight, with a strong track record of sales success. They will be a hunter profile with a consultative approach, able to identify and prospect new clients, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct weekly meetings with clients and prospects.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics trade shows, events, and networking activities, as well as experience working with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation platforms.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Identifying and prospecting new clients with high import / export potential
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM
• Conducting weekly meetings with clients and prospects
• Managing a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling
• Preparing customized commercial proposals (quotations, rates, integrated solutions)
• Leading negotiations and closing deals with decision-makers
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in USD and cargo volume
• Coordinating with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation
