Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the end-to-end vehicle logistics operations of XPENG Mexico subsidiary, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution.
2.Establish and continuously optimize the local logistics system to ensure efficient supply chain operations and support the achievement of sales targets.
3.Manage and evaluate local logistics service providers (transportation, warehousing, customs brokers) to improve service quality and cost control.
4.Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure logistics processes comply with the Group’s global standards as well as local laws and regulations.
5.Participate in the development and execution of the annual logistics budget, and promote the implementation of digital and information-based management tools.
6.Handle emergencies (e.g., transport delays, customs risks, customer complaints) to ensure supply chain stability.
7.Develop and manage a cross-cultural team to improve the overall logistics management capabilities of the subsidiary.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 3 years’ logistics management experience with mainstream automotive brands; experience with Chinese automotive brands is a strong plus.
3.Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
4.Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, import / export procedures, and cross-border logistics operations.
5.Solid project management skills and cost-control awareness, with the ability to drive process optimization.
6.Strong cross-cultural communication and team management skills; able to adapt to a fast-changing and challenging environment.
