We have expanded our client base and sectors recently, creating a need for a dedicated team member in our Brand Protection Team.

Our risk intelligence graph helps companies identify and mitigate online reputational risks in real time. You will work alongside skilled analysts, receiving extensive training and support from our experts.

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm UK time, with occasional shifts between 7am-11pm, and some weekend and bank holiday work on a rotation basis.

Desired Skills and Qualities

• Strong writing and editing skills, especially concise short-form content and bias, word choice, and accuracy reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms, and comfortable with video conferencing tools.
• Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize tasks, and work on high-risk content effectively.
• Flexibility, interest in data analysis, and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge about world affairs.
• At least 1 year of experience in an intelligence environment, crisis management, online trust and safety, brand or social media management, or related fields.
