About the Role : We’re looking for a Finance Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. In this role, you will lead strategic finance efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients—supporting operating models, leading company-wide budget processes, managing cap tables, performing due diligence, and service as the source of truth for all internal & external reporting. You’ll work closely with founders and executives, guiding financial decisions and providing critical insights to help companies grow and scale.

What You'll Do :

• Lead strategic finance initiatives across multiple clients.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses tailored to client needs.
• Build, maintain, and refine dynamic financial and operating models.
• Lead and manage client budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for client leadership teams.
• Support due diligence processes for fundraising, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting.
• Partner with clients to improve operational efficiency and leverage modern finance tools.
• Manage and mentor a team of Analysts as Afino’s client base grows.
