Master Scheduler Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and sub-assemblies between suppliers, machines, sections, departments, and plants.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Create and manage material requirements planning (MRP), capacity, lead time, and assembly schedules for assigned products.
• Compile and distribute work orders for upper-level assemblies and lower-level components.
• Maintain and optimize planning parameters such as minimum order quantity (MOQ), safety stock, lead time, and capacity within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Analyze inventory levels to determine ways to increase turns, avoid excess and obsolete inventory, and ensure a constant supply of parts to support on-time delivery.
