About This Role

Act as the vital link between teams, driving key projects and monitoring internal performance. Through Project Management and operational support, you’ll help us deliver seamless, efficient, and memorable experiences for our customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights to improve results.
• Provide operational support to Contact Center agents, assisting them with internal processes and tools related to VIVA products (not related to direct customer service)
• Keep communication flowing with status updates, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
• Use Agile and Scrum to manage tasks, remove blockers, and keep things moving.
