Club Med is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Village Logistics Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain operations within the resort. As a Village Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Conviviality :

• Forge authentic connections with guests, taking time to understand their preferences and interests.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations for activities, dining options, and experiences that align with each guest's preferences.
• Actively participate in organized events, competitive staff activities, and activities, encouraging guests to join and fostering a sense of community.
• Assist in the preparation and dismantling of events, involving the lifting of objects weighing more than 25 pounds.

Logistics Management :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics within the resort, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to various departments within the resort.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Supply Chain Optimization :

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain and ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and manage supply chain performance metrics.
• Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Team Leadership :

• Lead a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Inventory Control :

• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and address discrepancies promptly.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent loss or theft.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Most have experience working in a warehouse.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Multilingual proficiency in English & French is a plus.
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
• Adaptable to a dynamic resort environment.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
