Job Description
This individual will interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution.
Responsibilities and duties
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals.
- Order entry, billing, customer forecast / planning management.
- Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices.
- Setting up new customers in SAP.
- Daily and monthly sales reporting.
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 2+ year work experienceStrong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel.Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.English intermediate – advanced levelMust be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasksStrong attention to detail and processComfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teamsMust be proactive and able to identify possible problemsExcellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountabilityTeamworkComplex Problem Solving and analyzingAdaptabilitySelf-motivated and results orientation
