Job Description This individual will interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution. Responsibilities and duties
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals.
- Order entry, billing, customer forecast / planning management.
- Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices.
- Setting up new customers in SAP.
- Daily and monthly sales reporting. Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 2+ year work experience
- Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel.
- Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.
- English intermediate – advanced level
- Must be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasks
- Strong attention to detail and process
