YOUR ROLE

• Designing, implementing and executing load, stress, and scalability performance testing.
• Excellent collaboration abilities with development and QA cross-functional teams to address / optimize application performance issues.
• Oversee test execution, monitor key metrics (response time, throughput, etc.), troubleshoot issues and visualize data with tools like Grafana.
• Review and optimize test scenarios and scripts to emulate real-world conditions.
• Define testing objectives, scope, and strategies aligned with business needs while selecting suitable tools and methodologies.
• Find risks and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Implement best practices, stay updated on new tools, industry trends and improve the overall testing process.
• Analyze results / data to locate issues such as slow queries, inefficient algorithms, or resource contention and providing actionable recommendations.
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging tools in performance testing.
