Project Manager

Job Description : 1.Manage contract engineering deliverables and customer relationship

• Represents Envision Energy as the engineering interface for the project team with the customer and its representatives
• Manage project engineering deliveries and guarantee the customer reception and approval
• Manage engineering issues and reporting
• Deliver communications with customer according to the contract provisions2.Coordinates project engineering tea, and support them when needed
• Hire project engineering team roles when required
• Mentor and lead project team
• Support Project Engineers when needed for covering any project issue
• Assist project engineering team in managing customer and contract3.Monitor and report project results
• Take responsibility over project portfolio related to engineering and technical deliverables
• Ensure deliverables are monitored for timely submission
• Follow-up projects results supporting on risk identification and management
• Executive reporting of project to Envision Energy management, as required4.Facilitate escalation on project engineering issues
• Facilitate the coordination with internal stakeholders for removing roadblocks beyond the project management team capabilities
• Participate in action plans definition when needed5.Coordinate project team
• Attend project management meetings as required
• Establish and conduct engineering team meetings covering deliverables, issues and actions plans guaranteeing coordination among team members
• Escalate roadblocks and deviations
• Conduct workshops as required with customer to solve any missing alignmentsJob Requirement : 1.Qualification in relevant field2.Minimum 5 years' experience as Project Engineer on major infrastructure projects3.Minimum 5 years' experience as Project Engineering Team Lead or Senior Engineering role in a team on large infrastructure projects4.Experience in wind industry is mandatory5.Knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management is advantageous6.Excellent IT skills including MS Office / Sharepoint7.Fluent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written
