We are seeking a creative and solution-oriented team lead to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be based in Mexico City and be responsible for managing local sourcing for assigned plants and regional sourcing portfolio in accordance with global procurement policies, systems, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience in indirect material services in procurement in NA, as well as strong negotiation and leadership skills.

The team lead will work closely with stakeholders, including manufacturing management, to identify potential savings and deploy projects in the plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to plant requests with urgency and ownership for Indirect Material and Services for México, US & Canada.
• Develop supplier network monitor and manage supplier performance locally.
• Manage local sourcing for assigned plants and regional sourcing portfolio in accordance with Global Procurement policies systems and procedures trainings.
• Identify potential savings with the team.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders Tier 3 meetings Suppliers with the team.
• Identify alternative vendors local strategic supplier.
• Work closely with stakeholders manufacturing Management.
• Identify savings projects deploy in the plants.
