Descripción del trabajoConduct thorough project reviews to ensure alignment with objectives and requirements. Manage project documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), estimates, sketches, and any special instructions. Fill necessary project-related paperwork. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain access information required for project execution. Share all project details with the field Operations team and facilitate effective communication channels. Complete Slack forms for project metrics tracking and reporting purposes. Update CRM based on the status and progress of projects, including deal information.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and focus on our commercial projects pipeline. You will play a crucial role in overseeing project documentation, coordinating tasks within the team, and facilitating effective communication among various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Compensation is 1400 - 1700 USD per month.
Job Requirements :
- Work in Pacific Standard Time (8 am - 5 pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communication or related fields.
- Previous experience in operations coordination, project management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in English communication.
