Install Supervisor

Position SummaryWe are looking for an Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of automation systems at customer sites.

This role will coordinate activities between engineers, project managers, contractors, and customer personnel, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate on-site activities during automation system installation.Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce the use of proper PPE.Maintain attendance logs, daily activity reports, and safety records.Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting when required.Support the Project Manager with schedules, reporting, and risk identification.Attend customer and contractor meetings, documenting discussions and issues.Maintain professional communication with clients and represent the company positively.Travel frequently (local, domestic, and international).

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (professional title required).2–5 years of experience in control systems or mechanical engineering.Minimum of 2 years in a technical, customer-focused field service role.Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft 365.Valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 70%, including weekends and short notice.NT visa required.English proficiency B2+ (C1 preferred).

Preferred : Experience in automation installation within the automotive industry (assembly or powertrain).
