YOUR TASKS

• Provide Support for México, USA, Brasil payroll process as required.
• Implementation of compensation and benefits program and activities according to global framework and taking legal requirements into account.
• Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data in order to provide support with creation of salary budgets and forecasts.
• Administration of benfits programs
• Organizational structure and salary scale management.
• Participation in global process related to Compensation and Benefits
