Profile / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, or shipping delays quickly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in managing order details, inventory, and data entry to prevent errors and ensure smooth operations.
- Order Processing : Expertise in accurately processing and managing customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
- Warehouse Coordination : Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipment tracking, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Data Analysis : Ability to monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy rate, OTIF delivery, order cycle time) and generate performance reports.

Main Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Order Execution : Manage the full order cycle — from receipt and validation to warehouse release, shipment, and invoicing — ensuring compliance with delivery terms and accuracy in ERP records.
- Warehouse and Logistics Coordination : Coordinate picking, packing, and transportation activities with internal warehouse and 3PLs, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery to customers.
- Inventory & System Accuracy : Support stock reconciliation and monitor backorders through ERP / WMS, ensuring order prioritization aligns with customer commitments.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve order discrepancies, payment issues, and logistics bottlenecks.
- Customer Support : Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, shipment tracking, and potential delays to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify root causes of order errors or delays, propose corrective actions, and contribute to SOP and KPI improvement initiatives.
