The Product Manager is responsible for optimizing the product portfolio and driving growth within its category.
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive category strategies, managing day-to-day operations, leading product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesRetailer Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive retailer strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing / innovation plan.Operational Management : Manage day-to-day category operations and product lifecycle management including product registers on retailers platforms.Launch Planning & Execution : Develop, execute, and track 360° launch plans for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and achievement of sales targets.E-retail strategy : Develop and implement e-retail strategy on daily bases.Demand Planning & Forecasting : Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sell In teams (SI) to develop accurate forecasts for new products, basic catalog and POSM elements.Budget Management : Manage and track the POSM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Sell In, Demand Planning, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and drive category success.ProfileEducation : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing product launch plans, ideally in the Beauty industry.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
Solid understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
Detail oriented.
Fluency in English.
