BILINGUAL CUSTOMER TECHNICAL TRAINER

We are seeking a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Technical Traine r who is dynamic, organized, and passionate about delivering technical instruction, troubleshooting fundamentals, and repair theory for industrial equipment to both customers and employees.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively deliver training, prepare materials, and support diverse audiences across the Americas.
• Design and deliver dynamic, interactive instructor-led training on technical instruction, troubleshooting basics, and repair theory for industrial equipment to customers and employees.
• Prepare and develop instructional materials (manuals, handouts, visual aids, demonstrations, test stands, cross sections) to create an engaging and participatory learning environment.
• Set up and manage classrooms, including audiovisual equipment, training materials, product samples, and other necessary supplies.
• Deliver training professionally and engagingly, ensuring a positive learning experience through both discussion and hands-on practice.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments (Technical Services, Marketing, Sales, Materials, Maintenance) to design, update, and improve training programs, resources, and materials.
• Research technical manuals, electronic media, and manufacturer resources to stay current and incorporate relevant information into training content.
• Continuously develop knowledge and expertise by attending system-specific and company-provided training programs.
• Apply a variety of training methodologies, tools, and technologies (including PowerPoint and other platforms) to maximize learning effectiveness.
• Partner with management to align training with customer and business learning objectives, and recommend opportunities for program improvements.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to deliver training at TVH Americas and customers' sites; manage travel logistics and expense reports in line with corporate guidelines.
• Support the development of company informational resources (e.g., e-commerce, make / model software) by researching and verifying product information for the Product and Procurement team.
• Share expertise and collaborate with team members to strengthen overall training efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, while demonstrating enthusiasm for TVH’s mission, vision, and values.
