As a Fleet Planning Sr. Coordinator, you will lead the financial strategy behind Viva’s fleet and asset acquisitions. You’ll analyze and negotiate financing options for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and favorable conditions.
You will also collaborate with the Procurement team to manage bidding processes for key services, and represent Viva in negotiations with OEMs, MROs, and lessors, driving efficient, financially sound decisions that strengthen the company’s long-term growth.
Your Deliverables Will Be :
- Lead negotiations and financing processes for aircraft, engines, and other high-value assets, ensuring optimal cost structures and contractual conditions.
- Develop and maintain financial and pricing models for aircraft and engines, integrating variables such as debt amortization, payment profiles, and financial instruments.
- Analyze and evaluate financing alternatives to reduce total acquisition and financing costs, applying tools such as NPV, IRR, and cash flow models.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for the Board and C-level, translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Design and oversee bidding and procurement processes with suppliers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Manage compensations and commercial agreements with manufacturers, securing compliance with performance and operational standards.
Our Ideal Candidate :
