What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Application Development : Build and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby and the Rails framework.
• Back-End Logic & APIs : Implement server-side logic, develop RESTful APIs, and manage background jobs.
• Database Management : Design and maintain database schemas, optimize queries, and work with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Integrations : Connect applications with third-party APIs and integrate front‑end components with backend processes.
• Quality & Testing : Implement automated testing (RSpec, Minitest), participate in code reviews, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues.
• Collaboration : Work with designers, product managers, and engineering teams in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Deployment (Optional / Senior) : Support CI / CD pipelines and deployments using AWS, Heroku, or similar platforms.
