Responsabilities :

Attention, support and closing RFI's and RFQ's in time and form Supply control :

Management and development of suppliers to ensure quality and optimal delivery

Administration and development of opportunities to improve the cost and the product / supplier, in order to guarantee the production, delivery and achievement the objectives for the plant

Active communication with the materials department to send the releases and forecasts to suppliers Internal control :

Negotiation and updating prices in system

Review, approval and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers and users for follow-up

Support to the areas of quality, maintenance, engineering, materials, finances, treasury for the fulfillment of common objectives Process control :

Issuing and control of Blanket PO's

Control and closing expired purchase orders Fulfillment of annual savings, through PPV calculation.

Qualifications :

Education Background : Bachelor`s Degree or Higher Degree

Working Experience : +2 years in Raw and Components Purchasing department in automotive industry.

Language : Conversational / Advanced English

Knowledge & Skill : Purchasing Process, Supply Chain, Tooling and Equipment Knowledge.
