Supply Planning Analyst

Analyze, manage, and execute purchase requisitions based on demand, forecast, and inventory plans.

Provide operational and analytical support in supply chain processes to ensure product availability and "on time" deliveries (both vendor and customer).

Follow-up on open orders in coordination with internal areas such as logistics, customs, sales and customer service.

This role contributes to improving product availability, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Creation of Purchase requisitions monthly.

Follow up on purchase orders, internal requests and alert about potential delays

Follow up on vendor ´s ON TIME performance.

Creation and maintenance of the databases to follow up on the seasonal performance, product launches, collaborations etc.

Share relevant information regarding supply with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams on a weekly basis.

Register and update information in planning systems.

Support in managing inventory transfers between warehouses or channels.

Maintain updated reports on demand, supply and future buys.

Prepare summaries for weekly meetings.

Responsible for maintaining system integrity (demand and supply data)

Job Requirements :

2-3 years of experience and professional achievements in supply planning, sourcing, or other related supply chain functions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

Proficient English skills.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are :

You should be very comfortable with interpreting large sets of data from a variety of sources and translating them into a factual-based plan.

You should have strong organizational and communication skills.

You should be passionate about business and be result driven.

You should be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, with the highest priority on excel and formula writing.

You should have a strong ability to solve problems in a team environment.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP and Power BI.
