Descripción
El / la Director / a de IT (Global Business Services) será responsable de liderar iniciativas tecnológicas estratégicas dentro de la industria de Life Science. Este puesto clave se enfocará en la implementación y gestión de soluciones tecnológicas para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Perfil buscado
- Sólido entendimiento de procesos de gestión del cambio, Service Desk / Helpdesk, soporte de infraestructura, seguridad y compliance, Business Analytics.
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiencia con alcance global
- Certificación de ServiceNow
- Experiencia creando y liderando equipos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y amplia experiencia trabajando con equipos técnicos y de gestión
- Salario competitivo
