We're looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Resource Manager, Digital Operations to join our Strategic Initiatives team. This role is perfect for early-career professionals who are excited to take initiative, and grow across operations, project coordination, training, and delivery - especially through the power of AI and digital tools.

You'll support and improve our candidate delivery process , while learning how to build workflows that remove manual work, streamline coordination across teams, and make things run smoother. If you've experimented with ChatGPT, prompt engineering, or workflow tools like Zapier or Notion - this role gives you the opportunity to go pro and put those skills into action.

You'll work cross-functionally with every department in the organization and especially driven to optimize and transform the Delivery process across job requisition flow, candidate delivery, and ongoing process improvements across digital tools and workflows.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery lifecycle : optimize and launch job campaigns, track recruiting updates, audit and enrich candidate matching campaigns, analyze and report on performance metrics.
• Work within the Strategic Initiatives team and cross-departmentally to identify inefficiencies and help build workflows or connectors that reduce repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Lead training and digital adoption initiatives.
• Champion projects, rollouts, events, or other opportunities to explore your passion and make a difference.
• Contribute to internal project operations - from auditing data and building reports to researching new tools and documenting process updates.
• Own database integrity and enrichment as a foundation for success.
• Assist with automating tasks and updating internal tools, job boards, client portals, and documentation.
