Overview

At Walmart Labs, we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead strategic initiatives, guide engineering teams, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that power the world’s largest retailer.

What will you do?

• Drive the execution of multiple business-critical projects by identifying needs, removing roadblocks, and aligning priorities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current systems, tools, and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
