Sr Software Engineer

Wanna create a product without bureaucracy with our ex-Silicon Valley team?

• Role : Sr Software Engineer.
• Location : Mexico City.
• Salary : up to 160,000 MXN per month.

You will own technical decisions and product development without bureaucracy because you’ll be the first person fully dedicated to this new product. Nobody will stop you as long as you're adding value.

You’ll work with a team of 4 engineers, 2 product managers, and a Product Director in our Roma Norte office (with an impressive view of Cibeles fountain). You’ll also have unlimited vacation, private healthcare, and a stock plan.

What’s more, you will have easy mentorship access to Founders and Directors with real Silicon Valley experience because we’re a small 30+ people team (between Mexico City and New York). We’re also an extremely efficient-profitable Series A fintech with a $50M run-rate, outperforming our competitors by a lot.

We don’t really care about the stack, we’re looking for smart engineers who like to build things. As long as you know how to write systems that scale and you’re ok working from the office 80% of the time, we want to hear from you.
