Actividades principales

• Colaborar con stakeholders para convertir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de analytics alineadas a objetivos, con hipótesis y KPIs claros.
• Priorizar y mantener el roadmap de analítica avanzada alineado con prioridades globales y necesidades locales.
• Liderar, desarrollar y guiar al equipo de Data Science, fomentando la colaboración y la innovación.
• Diseñar, supervisar y optimizar modelos predictivos que respondan a necesidades estratégicas del negocio.
• Traducir conceptos avanzados en soluciones analíticas aplicables y de alto impacto.
• Promover una cultura de decisiones basadas en datos dentro de la organización.
• Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, tecnologías y mejores prácticas en ciencia de datos.
