Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (mid–senior level) to own and execute the marketing strategy across multiple platforms and audiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-growing environments, and is motivated by building, testing, and scaling what works.
You will lead positioning, messaging, demand generation, and growth initiatives, working closely with leadership, sales, and product teams. This role has direct influence on growth, revenue, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy.
- Translate positioning into clear messaging, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, paid media, email, partnerships).
- Build and manage demand generation efforts to support sales.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
- Partner closely with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategy.
- Track performance metrics and present insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, marketplaces, or EdTech.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably focused on the US market.
- Proven ability to operate in a hands-on, execution-focused role while maintaining strategic oversight.
- Experience across:
- Content strategy and storytelling.
- Demand generation and growth marketing.
- Paid media and campaign experimentation.
- Advanced to fluent English (written and spoken) — required.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and accountability.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

- Experience scaling marketing in early- to growth-stage companies.

Location & Work Model
- Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (strong preference).
- Work model: Hybrid / On-site, with flexibility.
- Candidates must be based in Mexico or Latin America.
