Electrical Engineer – Power Systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and components for custom low- / medium-voltage projects.
- Build and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Review client specifications, drawings, and technical documents to craft effective solutions.
- Prepare engineering documentation—single-line diagrams, foundation drawings, wire lists, and bills of materials—for customer approval.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and plant engineering teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production challenges to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct thorough order and design reviews to confirm accuracy and compliance with project standards.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s a plus).Solid knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution concepts.Experience designing control schemes and working with PLCs or protective relays.Skilled in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits and control systems.Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, RS-485, Ethernet / TCP-IP, and related metering / monitoring systems.Strong organizational skills, self-starter mindset, and collaborative approach.Ability to think strategically and propose value-added, agile solutions.Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.Travel and Availability
