Job Title : NPI Product Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI professional to lead our team in the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities :

• 8 years of project management experience as an Engineering Manager with a focus on new product introduction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant coursework in engineering, computer science, or related field
• Experience in Product / Program management in computing and storage industries
• Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Preferring bi-cultural individuals with ability to navigate multiple cultural environments
• Experienced in Metal mechanic industry with knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Negotiation with Customers to meet their needs and deliver results
• New product introduction process and systems with ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
• Acknowledge drawings and interpretation with ability to understand and apply design specifications
• Preferred Lean Mfg methodology, TPS, Project Management tools with ability to implement and improve processes
