About the Role

As a Middle Software Engineer, you’ll drive the development of scalable WordPress applications while gradually expanding into Python-based and AI-focused projects. This role is perfect for a versatile developer eager to innovate, grow across the full stack, and shape the evolution of modern, data‑driven platforms in a collaborative and learning‑oriented environment.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based applications and plugins , ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement backend and frontend solutions , integrating with GraphQL APIs and other services.
• Contribute to Python‑based tools and automation , with the goal of expanding technical expertise in this area.
• Support and occasionally modify existing Java features when needed.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Use Datadog and other observability tools to monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning , and continuous improvement initiatives .
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, with a focus on AI‑driven development and cloud infrastructure .
