Project Management Supervisor

Manage a group of interrelated projects, optimally allocating resources for each project, analyzing deviations from plans, and making necessary corrections.

Responsibilities :

• Manage programs and projects, delivering on time and within a margin equal to or greater than the agreed upon contract (project department).
• Assign project managers to oversee the projects under their responsibility.
• Manage (assign) manufacturing and installation managers to various projects to support their project managers.
• Monthly review of all projects under their responsibility at the ROF meeting, supporting PMs beforehand so they are prepared for the meeting.
• Continuous review of the projects under their responsibility, making any necessary adjustments with the managers who oversee them.
