Objetivo del puesto :

Dirigir la estrategia tecnológica de los sistemas de información, garantizando la correcta implementación, funcionamiento y evolución de SAP S / 4 HANA y otros sistemas, en consonancia con los objetivos empresariales.

Este rol impulsa la transformación tecnológica mediante la innovación y mejora continua, generando valor en toda la organización de forma segura y eficiente.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

Dirigir la implementación y evolución del sistema SAP S / 4 HANA.

Coordinar con consultores externos y áreas internas para garantizar la integración de los procesos.

Supervisar el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas internas (informes, interfaces, automatización).

Definir las políticas de uso, seguridad y mantenimiento del sistema.

Gestionar el equipo de desarrollo y soporte de aplicaciones.

Evaluar nuevas tecnologías que optimicen los procesos operativos y financieros.

Garantizar la formación continua del equipo en herramientas clave.

Colaborar con otros departamentos para integrar soluciones tecnológicas efectivas

Trabajará con otros equipos globalmente

Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos

Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o similar.

Más de 8 años de experiencia liderando proyectos tecnológicos.

Nivel de inglés : C1. Fluido para poder participar en video conferencias internacionales.

Experiencia demostrable en la implementación de ERP (SAP).

Manejo de Office

Conocimientos de bases de datos, integración de sistemas

Conocimiento en ciberseguridad (deseable)

Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar equipos multidisciplinarios

Pensamiento estratégico

Comunicación eficaz

Orientación a los resultados

Adaptabilidad al cambio
