We are seeking a Lead – Offboarding & Leave of Absence Management to oversee and optimize all processes related to employee separations and leave / accommodation cases. This pivotal role ensures legal compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional employee care while driving process improvement across HR functions.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
&##128101; Lead and manage a team overseeing Leave of Absence (STD, FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves) , accommodation requests, and offboarding workflows.&##128260; Oversee centralized offboarding for both voluntary and involuntary separations.&##129309; Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT to ensure timely and accurate case resolution.&##128187; Maintain up-to-date and compliant records in Workday and ADP .&##128200; Collaborate with vendors to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.&##129517; Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs , leading ongoing process improvements.&##128202; Analyze trends and prepare reports for leadership insights on offboarding and leave data.⚖️ Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations , integrating updates into policy and practice.&##127919; Skills & Qualifications
&##127482;&##127480; Must have prior U.S. experience managing Leave of Absence and Offboarding processes.&##129504; In-depth understanding of HR operations , including leave management and accommodations.&##128188; Strong hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP preferred) .&##128483;️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.&##128272; Ability to handle sensitive employee data with integrity and discretion.&##128203; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.&##129309; Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration .⚖️ Working knowledge of federal / state leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).✨ Join us to lead initiatives that enhance compliance, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence!
