Tech Company in the USA, is now seeking for talent in Mexico who own and optimize our CRM-driven marketing automation and some email programs to drive lead nurture and customer engagement. Ensure reliable integrations, clean data, and consistent messaging across campaigns.
Tasks
Act as the primary CRM administrator : manage users, data integrity, and system integrations.
Build and maintain custom fields, workflows, and automated sequences to support marketing (and other internal depts. accordingly) goals.
Create, deploy, and iterate on targeted email campaigns and responsive templates.
Handle segmentation, A / B testing, deliverability monitoring, and compliance.
Produce concise dashboards and reports tracking opens, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
Qualifications
~+4 years of proven experience managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and running email automation campaigns is a plus.
~ CRM admin certification is highly desirable — familiarity with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.
~ Experience in stakeholder management, people-oriented and great communication skills.
~ Fluent English (written and spoken), fluent Spanish.
~ Adaptable, self-driven, innovative person.
~ Experience working in hybrid or fully remote multicultural environments is a must.
