Our team thrives on innovation, transparency, and collaboration — and we're looking for talented leaders who want to shape the future of digital lending.If you're passionate about using data, automation, and strategic leadership to transform collections, this is your chance to make a real impact.The Opportunity : Collections Manager – MexicoYou'll lead our local collections strategy, inspire a high-performance team, and work closely with the Country Manager and Global Head of Collections to align Mexico operations with global best practices.What You'll DoLead & Innovate : Design and execute advanced segmentation models, predictive analytics, and AI-driven strategies to maximize recovery and minimize risk.Automate & Optimize : Implement process automation (ETL, CRM integration, AI dialers, WhatsApp bots) to drive efficiency and reduce costs.Analyze & Report : Build real-time dashboards and automated reports to monitor KPIs and ensure full regulatory compliance.Partner Strategically : Select, manage, and evaluate external agencies, skip-tracing vendors, and data enrichment partners to boost late-stage recovery.Inspire Teams : Lead and develop a team of 50+ supervisors and agents, fostering a data-driven, customer-centric culture with strong retention and engagement.What We're Looking For4–7 years in credit / collections operations with proven success in fintech, online lending, BPO or financial services.Hands-on experience implementing AI / ML models, advanced segmentation, and automation tools in collections.Track record managing teams (50–150 agents) and third-party agencies.Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel (including VBA); proficiency in SQL / MySQL / Postgres and ETL tools required.Experience with Python for predictive analytics preferred.Familiarity with CRM and omnichannel communications (WhatsApp automation, dialers).
Strong data visualization and dashboarding (Tableau, Access, Power Query).
Other SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.Spanish (native or fluent) and English (intermediate–advanced).
