• Be responsible for regional access strategy.
• Be responsible for establishing the relationship with experts / government / association.
• Be responsible for policy shaping and conveying value information of NRDL / RDL / EDL.
• Be responsible for maximizing regional market access opportunities.
• Be responsible for cooperation of cross department, handling issues.
