THE POSITION

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our new Nogales, Sonora (Mexico) plant, while also providing strategic HR oversight for our small U.S. subsidiary. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact by shaping HR practices across two countries, ensuring compliance with local laws, and driving initiatives that support our people and business growth.

Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic Leadership
• HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee payroll, benefits, contracts, and employee relations (in both Mexico and the USA) while ensuring full compliance with Mexican and U.S. labor regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external legal and payroll providers, where needed.
• Talent Acquisition & Development
• Employee Culture & Engagement
• Collaboration & Reporting

Note : This position may be carried on either Mexico payroll or U.S. payroll, offering flexibility depending on the candidate’s situation.
