Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple communities within their assigned region. This role manages a team of recruiters and supports the alignment of hiring efforts with community needs, business goals, and talent strategies. The TA Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality hires, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all open roles within the assigned region
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance
- Collaborate with Regional Operations, HR, and Community Leaders to understand workforce needs
- Ensure job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processes are executed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire
- Oversee the use of the ATS and ensure data integrity and proper documentation
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations
- Escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the Divisional TA Manager to resolve bottlenecks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead roleExperience managing high-volume hiring, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or hospitalityProficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing toolsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English; Spanish is a plus (if based in Mexico or bilingual region)Benefits
