Job Posting : Senior Marketing Manager Location : Mexico - LATAM

About The Role

The LATAM Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the regional marketing strategy across Mexico. This role owns the full go-to-market strategy and execution across the region, driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and alignment with commercial goals.

In addition, this high-impact role oversees LATAM marketing teams which support local campaign development, design, and digital execution.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing campaign and would be ideal for a collaborative, bilingual marketer with strong leadership and campaign management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the LATAM marketing plan, with a specific focus on Mexico, in alignment with commercial goals and sector needs.

Lead regional marketing teams and ensure output meets brand requirements, compliance, and operational standards.

Ensure consistent development, sharing, and execution of theme-related campaigns and materials across all geographies.

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, SEO / SEM, paid media, social media, events, and webinars.

Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs and dashboards, adjusting as needed to improve performance.

Manage the LATAM marketing budget, including planning, allocation, expense tracking, and optimization.

Act as the main marketing contact for LATAM sales and operational teams.

What We’re Looking For :

~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

~ At 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries.

~3 years' experience in a leadership role with proven experience in managing and developing teams.

~ Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and go-to-market strategy across Mexico and broader LATAM.

~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

~ Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, ABM, and CRM platforms (Salesforce / Pardot required).

~ A strong command of English, Spanish and Portuguese language, both verbal and written.
