That's why Wavin is currently looking for aCommercial Director BeneluxatWavin (Orbia B&I)a to join our team atBenelux.In this high-impact position, you will lead a team of approximately 80 professionals and drive commercial excellence across both the Netherlands and Belgium.

With full P&L responsibility, you will shape and execute the long-term strategy, optimize sales performance, and spearhead a cultural transformation towards a unified, high-performing commercial organization.As part of the local and international leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the Benelux region as a benchmark for the rest of the business.Key responsibilities include : Defining and executing the commercial strategyLeading and developing commercial teams (sales, inside sales, key account management)Driving cross-functional collaboration and operational integrationIdentifying new market opportunities and partnershipsLeading change and embedding a performance- and customer-driven cultureKey requirements : Academic background : Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplineExperience : 10+ years in commercial leadership roles within multinational, matrix-driven environments (preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or B2B)Leadership : Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive transformation in complex settingsChange Management : Demonstrated success in leading organizational and cultural changeFluent in English and DutchThis is a high-visibility role in a purpose-driven organization, offering outstanding opportunities for growth—both regionally and globally.Do you want to make a difference by working with a purpose?
