As we expand into Latin America, we’re seeking a strategic, driven AVP – Sales to lead client acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth in this diverse and dynamic region.
Your Mission
As the AVP – Sales (LATAM), you will :
Identify and onboard clients across LATAM, focusing on IT, Engineering, Finance, and Telecom industries
Build strong relationships with HR leaders, Procurement Heads, and C-suite decision-makers in enterprise accounts
Partner with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct clients to deliver customized staffing solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, etc.)
Achieve sales targets through contract staffing, permanent placements, and project-based hiring
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Stay ahead of market trends, compliance needs, and local labor dynamics
Who We’re Looking For
10+ years of sales experience in staffing / recruitment, with a strong focus on LATAM markets
A network of key decision-makers across LATAM (especially Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia)
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
Understanding of local staffing regulations, compliance, and market challenges in LATAM
Experience working with MSPs, VMS, and large enterprise clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in both English and Spanish / Portuguese
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to multi-country sales environments
